ART THERAPY & COUNSELING
When we create, we transform materials or objects into art. When we create art in a therapeutic space, we can transform ourselves. Art therapy provides opportunity to play, notice, express, explore, challenge, and make meaning. No artistic skill is needed. NONE. This is a process of discovery, with no right or wrong, and no bad or good.

My work focuses on the development self-compassion because when we can lift or even shift the veil of self-judgement, there is more room for healing. I weave together different theoretical frameworks (such as CBT, DBT and IFS) with a spiritual mindfulness and trauma informed lens in order provide for different needs at different times.

Sessions $200 per 55 minutes
Or $250 for 85 minutes

I do accept Aetna heath insurance. I can provide superbills for collecting reimbursement for all other insurances.

EMDR
SUPERVISION
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing is an evidenced based trauma treatment that works with specific memories to reduce distressing symptoms. Can be integrated into ongoing therapy with me or I can work adjunctly on just the trauma piece while you stay with your long term therapist.
Sessions cost the same as Art Therapy and Counseling, however longer sessions are sometimes recommended for this intensive process.

I provide individual and group supervision for ATR credentialing for Art Therapists. I also offer individual supervision for LMHC licensure.
Sessions $125 per 50 minutes

WORKSHOPS & GROUPS
I run art therapy, energy healing, and several other kinds of workshops at treatment centers, graduate programs, and conferences. Recent topics include: The Role of Metaphor in Art Therapy, Art Therapy in Substance Use Treatment, and Energy Protection Skills. I also serve as a "guest art therapist" in groups or programs that do not have a dedicated art therapist but want more expressive arts in their programs.
